Played around 100 air RB games in the J-21A while squaded with two P-38Gs. Just incase, R4: Complete a PO-2 overpowered in the event with the tape and the option "Overpower Awakens" appears, goes into a minigame where you shoot down jets in the PO-2, get to 100 and you get the decal. Was pretty fun as you're invulnerable so its just turret killing them all :D
